THE LATEST NEWS AND PLACEMENT UPDATES

May 17, 2013 - NFL on FOX, Flipping Out, Onion News Network, Built, and Kimora: House of Fab

Parental DiscretionWhile it's still exciting to find out about new shows that have used my music, there are some placements that get me a bit more excited than others. Last night I found out that I had two placements during the Washington @ St. Louis NFL game on FOX back in September. They used a couple of my southern blues rock cues. Now I can cross off "NFL game" from my Music Placement Bucket List!

In addition to those two placements I also had cue sheets for four other new shows to me. There were two episodes of Flipping Out which used a pop-rock cue and a punk cue; One episode of Built and one episode of Kimora: House of Fab which both used my dramedy cue "Peeking Through The Curtains" and finally, one episode of the website-turned-tv-show Onion News Network which used my tension cue "Tension In The Air."

May 8, 2013 - Parental Discretion, Toddlers and Tiaras, Cheer Perfection, and Nate Berkus

Parental DiscretionDiscovered I had music in a new show earlier this morning, Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor, which also marks my first placement on the Nick Jr. network. I also had some placements show up in another episode of The Nate Berkus Show, Cheer Perfection (which had 2 cues get used), and a special edition of Toddlers and Tiaras: Most Memorable Moments. I think that's a good way to break up the middle of the week!

May 3, 2013 - Say Yes To The Dress: The Big Day, Barter Kings, Access Hollywood, Dr. Oz, and Nate Berkus

Say Yes To The Dress: The Big DayWoke up this morning to find 35 new cue sheets waiting for me, what a great way to start off the weekend! I had a pop-punk track get used in an episode of Say Yes To The Dress: The Big Day, first time in that particular series. Then I had another three episodes of Access Hollywood, six episodes of Barter Kings, ten episodes of The Dr. Oz Show, and finally, fifteen episodes of The Nate Berkus Show.

April 5, 2013 - NEW Music

Ultimate AggressionI found out today that two of the most recent projects I worked on are now available online. The first project, Skate Punks, is an album that I did half of the tracks and my buddy Brandon did the other half. It's a pop-punk project that's upbeat, bright, and happy.

The other project, Ultimate Aggression, is the album I did earlier in the year written in the vein of The Ultimate Fighter show. It's heavy, angry, and aggressive, so nothing like the other project! And it was the first project that I got to use my baritone guitar on which was fun. The library has included this album on their New Releases page of their web site, as well as a couple of tracks from the album which you can hear at http://www.atomicamusiclibrary.com/blog/?p=430. If you want to hear the entire album or any of the tracks from the pop-punk project, click on the Music link at the top of their site and it will launch their music player, then in the Albums tab click on Atomica Music and those two albums are 2nd and 3rd in the list.
